A series of challenges designed to help you achieve meaningful goals.

season 1.2 July 2025
The objective
Books give you the opportunity to explore the wisdom accumulated by generations of humans who have taken the time to think and develop concepts and narratives that influence today’s world.
When you read, you explore someone else’s perspective. It might be the view of an expert on astrophysics, a story extraordinarily well told that gives you genuine goosebumps, or even the autobiography of a recent American president. Whatever the case, getting out of your own narrow perspective always brings a lot.
This week’s challenge is about reading.
How-to Guide
Every day, set aside about forty minutes to read. On the train, while waiting for someone, in the evening before sleep, or in the morning with your coffee – find small moments.
When one book starts to feel tiresome, switch to the other. Let your reading be flexible, but consistent.
Benefits
When you read, what you’re really doing is seeing words organized in a deliberate, meaningful way. If the author communicates well, reading their work will sharpen your own communication skills – expanding your vocabulary, improving your expression, and enhancing your grasp of language.
You learn something new. You open up to different worlds and gain a better understanding of how people think – and how things work.
Now look around. People staring at their phones, scrolling aimlessly – doesn’t it seem a little empty? You can do better.
Read.
