Module II / Understand yourself

This module encourages you to reflect on your highs and lows related to essential life aspects and your current emotional state. The idea is to 1) Become aware of which aspects of life you are not managing well and might be interesting to focus on in an improvement process. 2) Acknowledge your current emotional state, focusing on the most intense emotion you are experiencing. Try to understand it and channel it into creating something, especially if the emotion is negative.
