The objective

What are your dreams?
Think about the ones you wouldn’t give up on for anything in the world – and also the ones that will remain out of reach if you don’t take action. Write them down.
This week’s challenge is about taking the first small but essential step toward making them real.

How-to Guide

Begin on Monday of the upcoming week. In the evening – perhaps just before going to bed – pause all activities and think. For five minutes, focus on this question: What dreams do I genuinely want to accomplish in my life?
When you have a clear answer, write it down. Define the what, the why, the how, and the when of your dream.
By the end of the week, you’ll have seven dreams written in front of you. That’s the start of something.

Benefits

The foundation of any meaningful project begins with an idea – one that is well-defined and fuels your motivation. A dream is exactly that: an idea you imagine, shape, refine, and eventually feel proud of.
The benefit of this week’s challenge lies in building that foundation: discovering the ideas that truly move you.
