Mental Health I

Every piece of advice, idea, and experience I have regarding mental health is condensed into concise, straightforward paragraphs.

This section discusses essential guidelines that should be considered to maintain excellent mental health.

1. Build projects you’re proud of.

Don’t focus on creating something that pleases others. Focus on something that is meaningful to you.

A project is something that provides you with clear objectives toward something meaningful. You shape a great life and create hope for a better world through it. And, that, makes you feel good mentally.

Find something you love. Create a project based on it. Think of the different steps needed to accomplish it. Write them down. All that’s left is to make it happen.

2. Connect with people.

What if you smiled at the people you encountered on your way to work? What if you helped an elderly woman carry her groceries up the few stairs ahead? What if you gave one of the fruits you just bought to this beggar on the street? Give it a try; you’ll see.

We explore the world through our experiences, often alongside other humans. It is often these human(s) that shape our experiences into something truly beautiful. Don’t forget that. Take care of your meaningful relationships.

Try to be inspiring in every relationship you have. Not only will you enhance the value of your connections, but you’ll also grow into an exceptional individual.

3. Respect yourself

Never forget that your time on Earth is limited to just a few decades. Give your all to creating the best possible world – for yourself and for the people you love.

Build your self-confidence by honoring your goals and concentrating on what is within your control. If you choose to discipline yourself for a particular purpose, never, ever, betray that commitment.

Stand up for yourself when necessary. When someone threatens your well-being or that of a loved one, fight for your interests.

4. Take care of your physical and mental health.

Your well-being depends as much on your mental health as on your physical health. Both are interconnected. Write down your thoughts, tidy your room, and go for a run. You’ll feel better.

Chaos in your mind leads to chaos in your life. To maintain clarity when you feel lost, it is essential to anchor yourself to a goal and establish a resourceful routine.

Confidence and well-being arise from feeling great about yourself. This can’t be the case if you are dealing with weight issues and feelings of depression. Shape a healthier identity for yourself.

5. Learn about the world with passion.

It’s through experience that we create the greatest wealth in our lives, learn the most about the world, and encounter moments of genuine happiness. Explore all kinds of experiences, even if they may not make sense to anyone but you.

Be curious. Unconventional individuals can be quite fascinating. Unexpected moments often lead to unexpected realizations. When you step outside your tunnel vision, you may discover the beauty of the world around you.

When you genuinely engage in an activity and strive to do something meaningful with it, you become passionate. Delve deeply into a theme that moderately captivates you; even if it is challenging at first, you will come to love it.
