The Challenger’s notice
In a Challenge, a meaningful goal is pursued.
It drives your personal growth, makes you proud of yourself, or brings something positive to the world.
The goal is split up into objectives that break it down into accessible steps.
Finally, these objectives are punctuated by a series of challenges that you can accomplish to help you reach the goal.
Most of the time, it will be interesting for you to write down your ideas and thoughts.
Use a notebook while tackling your challenges if you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
I. Setting the Goal
Follow a series of five simple, positive habits each day.
II. Finding the objectives
The habits you choose should provide benefits in one of these five areas:

III. Start challenging yourself
For this month's goal, the "challenges" are habits. You can either create your own five habits or select from the suggestions provided below. I strongly encourage you to write down your five habits at the start of the challenge.
Habit 1. Reading for twenty minutes each day
Habit 2. Daily physical exercise (go for a run, push-ups, squats, whatever you want. Just at least one exercise per day)
Habit 3. Establish a daily limit for phone usage using a digital health app.
Habit 4. Listening to a podcast for twenty minutes each day
Habit 5. Learn a new language for twenty minutes each day (using Duolingo, Babbel)
Habit 6. Genuinely smile at people on the street
Habit 7. Write down one thing to improve in your daily life, every evening
Habit 8. Ten minutes of meditation each day
