The Project

The first idea that came to me was to create a weekly challenge. The most important aspect was that it made sense from a self-improvement perspective. Here is the idea : each challenge can help you acquire a new skill, reflect on an important aspect, gain discipline, or step out of your comfort zone. Imagine all that can be achieved in one year: 52 challenges. You end up changed for the better. You accomplish things. That’s why I do it.

The second idea was the “Inspiration” section. A library of articles with a straightforward goal: to provide readers with a range of inspiring resources to fuel their motivation to pursue their dreams.

The third idea was to create a wall of ideas. Over time, it will evolve in sync with my internet discoveries, my thoughts, my interactions, and what readers would like to share.

Structure

At the beginning of each week, a new challenge will be posted under the “CHALLENGE” section. New articles will occasionally be published in the “INSPIRATION” section.

Every half-year, a new season begins.
The seasons highlight a background objective, stimulating the reader to apply a meaningful goal to his or her life.
