The Challenger’s notice
Each month, a meaningful goal is pursued.
It drives your personal growth, makes you proud of yourself, or brings something positive to the world.
The goal is split up into objectives that break down the goal into accessible steps.
Finally, these objectives are punctuated by a series of challenges that you will have to accomplish to reach the goal.
Most of the time, it will be interesting for you to write down your ideas and thoughts.
Use a notebook while tackling your challenges if you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
I. Setting the Goal
Improve your cooking skills. It’s a valuable competence, and taking the time to eat something healthy is fundamentally crucial to your physical and mental health.
II. Creating clear objectives
(1) Explore a variety of new recipes and techniques.
(2) Get a lot of cooking practice.
(3) Eat healthily and eliminate unhealthy food from your diet.
(4) Become great at cooking a variety of balanced meals.
III. Achieve them through challenges
Do research (books or the internet) on recipes that you would like to cook and select six of them. Use your notebook, phone, or computer to store these recipes somewhere.
Put into practice the six recipes you have chosen. Cook each of them at least once within the next month.
Cut out sugary snacks and replace them with healthier alternatives like fruits, almonds, and honey.
Create a weekly meal plan that includes a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables.
Learn to cook the typical foods of four different countries.
Next time you go grocery shopping, consider choosing ingredients for a dish you've never tried making before, and challenge yourself to create it without following a recipe. Purchase the necessary ingredients to create the meal you envision.
Write down some of your favorite recipes and list the ingredients required to make them. Keep this document on your phone so you know what to buy next time you go grocery shopping.
Learn as much as you can about which foods are essential for your mental and physical health.
