The Challenger’s notice

Each month, a meaningful goal is pursued.

It drives your personal growth, makes you proud of yourself, or brings something positive to the world.

The goal is split up into objectives that break down the goal into accessible steps.

Finally, these objectives are punctuated by a series of challenges that you will have to accomplish to reach the goal.

Most of the time, it will be interesting for you to write down your ideas and thoughts.
Use a notebook while tackling your challenges if you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

\

I. Setting the Goal

Enhance your social agreeableness and confidence in your daily interactions within society.

Z

II. Creating clear objectives

(1) Foster positive interactions with people (e.g., by smiling).

(2) Take care of your behavior in society (e.g. – posture).

(3) Watch your phone less, be more productive, interact more.

(4) Help people who might need your assistance, whoever they are.

III. Achieve them through challenges

Challenge Tracker
Make sure you stand up straight. Work on your posture, even when you're tired and unconfident.

Smile sincerely at people you meet; with a touch of intention, they will smile back. (Read https://challenge.li/week-10-2024/ for details)

When you travel to work or anywhere else, engage in a productive activity. Instead of looking at your phone, consider reading a book, listening to your surroundings, thinking, or writing something.

When you're out and about, when there are people around you, try to minimize the time you spend looking at your phone. Only when it's really necessary.

Take a sincere interest in people.

Dress well. It's not that much effort to dress well when you go out. It doesn't cost much, and it clearly improves the quality of your interactions and your self-esteem.

Be more open. Dare to meet people.

When you have the opportunity to encourage and motivate someone to achieve something, or when you can help someone carry something heavy, do it. The result is always positive.
