The Challenger’s notice
Each month, a meaningful goal is pursued.

The goal is split up into objectives that break down the goal into accessible steps.
Finally, these objectives are punctuated by a series of challenges that you will have to accomplish to reach the goal.
Most of the time, it will be interesting for you to write down your ideas and thoughts.
Use a notebook while tackling your challenges if you want to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Goal
Improve your cooking skills. It’s a valuable competence, and taking the time to eat something healthy is fundamentally crucial to your physical and mental health.
