Let's make our dreams a little more concrete.

Objective of this week

Every day, take a few minutes to think about one of your dreams or projects. Write it down. That way, by the end of the week, you’ll have seven different dreams in mind. We’ll try to make one of them a reality during the month of January.

What are you improving?

If we don’t take the time to reflect on our dreams, to allow them a glimpse of reality, what are we likely to do?

Ruin our lives. Basically, if we don’t follow them, we’re nothing more than a normal human being, living a monotonous life that we’ll regret on our deathbed.
It’s that important.

How-to guide

In the evening, on the way home, or whenever possible: you don’t procrastinate, take what little discipline you have. You sit down in front of a blank sheet of paper or open the notes on your phone and think for a few minutes. What do I want to do with my life? What would I like to achieve? What do I dream of?

And bam, you write down this idea, this project, this dream that pops into your head. You can do it, nothing limits you but yourself.
