Objective of this week

Let’s imagine a seven-step staircase.
Each step adds a new constraint to your ascent, making it progressively more challenging to reach the top due to the incremental difficulty.
At the top, you can only be proud of how far you’ve come and what you’ve learned.

Well, what you are going to do this week is somewhat similar.
Each day involves establishing a new rule that must be followed and respected for the remainder of the week. So, enjoy the beginning of your week; the end will be much more complicated.
