SEASON I
Clarity of Mind
Objective of this week
It’s particularly difficult to stay focused in a world full of distractions like ours.
Distractions are not only easy to access, but they are also pleasant to use.
And, well, in this case, distractions are a problem. Because they prevent us from getting on with our projects and significantly reduce the efficiency of our work.
This week, the aim is to minimize distractions for a portion of your day and establish a focused environment for a few hours, allowing you to make significant progress in your work.
Benefits
Let’s imagine that instead of procrastinating and doing semi-productive work while looking at your phone, you deeply commit to your tasks in a state of deep focus.
Your productivity and the amount of work you accomplish will skyrocket.
The main benefit is increased productivity.
However, being productive has an interesting side effect on your well-being, and this aspect must be taken into consideration.
Put simply, it creates a positive “snowball effect.”
Your productivity allows you to achieve better results compared to if you were doing nothing. It increases your confidence and self-esteem.
Benefits
How-to guide
You are awake for roughly 16 hours. Let’s take 4 hours of that time to focus.
You can complete it in one or two sessions during the day. Remove all distractions (no phone, no breaks, no social communication) and fully commit to your work / project / activity.
