Objective of this week
Think about all those dreams you have. Focus on one of them. The one that speaks to you the most, or the one that most encompasses your current desires.
For now, it’s just a little box in your head, a note in your phone, or a piece of text written on a piece of paper. This week, you’re going to make it real, or at least start making it real.
What are you improving?
In essence, you’re just beginning to make one of your dreams a reality. Whether it’s attainable now or only later, you’ll be laying the first bricks in the edifice that is your dream. Or maybe even more.
You’ll improve your self-confidence, your ability to believe in yourself, by seeing that you can already get a little closer to one of your goals.

Step I [Monday] – Clearly define the exact objective of your dream. What it is. How it will be achieved.
Step II [Tuesday] – Learn about your dream. What’s involved in making it come true, the possibilities for putting it into practice.
Step III [Wednesday] – Break down your dream into 4 precise steps/objectives.
Step IV [Thursday] – For each step, clearly write down the skills you need to achieve it.
Step V [Friday] – Gather all the information you’ve gathered and launch into the first step (first objective). It doesn’t have to be perfect, but you can say you’ve started.
Step VI [Saturday] – Tell someone about it. Your plan is clear, your dream is probably great, you’ll have someone to support you.
Step VII [Sunday] – Think about and plan when you’ll have time to realize this dream over the next year. Now it’s up to you.
