This challenge will prompt you to consider who you aspire to become.

The goal is to envision yourself further into the future and consider your desires, needs, and dreams, so that you have a clear understanding of what is necessary to achieve those goals. This exercise might even serve as motivation.

What are you improving?

By envisioning your future self in 1 month, 1 year, 5 years, and 20 years, along with the goals you aim to accomplish, you significantly enhance your likelihood of making the necessary efforts to reach those milestones.

You can eliminate the guesswork about your future by setting clear expectations.

[Step 1] Write down six self-improvement goals you want to achieve in the future.

[Step 2] Describe five values that represent the aspects of personality you would like to have.

[Step 3] Taking into account what you’ve written in points 1 and 2, write a brief paragraph about who you aspire to be in one month and in one year.

[Step 4] Do the same for 5 years and 20 years.
