This week, we’re going to take the time to think about small changes we can make in our lives that could have a big impact.

What are you improving?

Some aspects of our lives, if you dig deep enough, are quite messed up. Making improvements through seven small actions reflecting on what we could have done better during our day can only benefit us.

How-to guide

Here, the instructions are very simple. Two actions will be taken each day:

1. At the end of the day, reflect on one thing you could have done better during this particular day and write it down.

2/ The next day, take the opportunity to reflect on and follow through with what you wrote the day before.
