Objective of this week
Very simple: 100 push-ups and only cold showers after waking up every morning of this week.
If you are unable or unwilling to do 100 push-ups, consider finding an alternative exercise that is beneficial for improving your body, such as squats or reducing the number of push-ups.
If you’re wondering what “cold” is, the tap should be turned all the way on.
If you don’t shower in the morning, use this protocol for the evening.
What are you improving?
When it comes to push-ups, the benefits extend to overall strength, as this exercise engages virtually the entire body. The most important muscle groups include the pectorals, shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps.
For cold showers, the benefits are primarily linked to our well-being, for molecular reasons that I’ll no doubt explain in greater detail one day in one of my articles, our mental resilience, and to the physiological changes, particularly fat-related, that take place in our bodies.
