Objective of this week
Although the title is self-explanatory, let’s go into a little more detail: although cutting out all sugary foods is a pain in the ass, I believe that certain sugars are important and must be consumed. There’s plenty of sugar in fruit, for example, and it’s downright healthy. So fruit is allowed in this challenge.
So this week’s goal is to cut out all foods with added sugars: no more sugary drinks, no more chocolate, no more desserts, no more industrial jam full of sugar. In short, you get the idea.
