Objective of this week

We often interact with the world. We also often think. It’s very rare to find ourselves in an environment where we’re no longer preoccupied with past and future events. We hardly ever take the time to focus on ourselves, clear our minds, and put our thoughts back in place.

This week is all about that. Through meditation, we will dedicate time to taking care of our mental health.

Meditation is a wonderful way to focus on our well-being and clear our brain of negative thoughts. New creative opportunities emerge in our minds, knots of problems are unraveled, and better is the decision-making thereafter. It also connects us with ourselves in an intimate way.

How-to guide

Every day, for 15 minutes:
Close your eyes. Take deep and prolonged breaths, inhaling and exhaling deeply. Focus on your body and imagine you are healing the painful spots, untangling the knots in your mind. Don’t think about anything else.
